Personal information is collected upon registration for a PassID account. Such information may include your email, username, password Nintendo Friend Code and IP address. Your Nintendo Friend Code will be publicly visible on your profile page.

Log data

PassID servers may automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your Internet Protocol address and your interaction with the service. Such server logs may remain for up to 30 days.

PassID may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to monitor web traffic routing on the website, and to improve the website and our services. If you registered an account with PassID, you are provided with tools to modify your personal information at any time. It's also possible to terminate your PassID account completely. Upon termination, all of your personal information will be permanently deleted from the website. Deletion of your information from the website will be instant, but log information may remain for a period up to 30 days.


We do not sell, trade, or otherwise supply third parties with your personal information. PassID may only disclose personal information in special cases, such as complying with the law, legal process, enforcing the Terms of Service, or to protect the rights of us or others, property, or safety.

Our Policy Towards Children

PassID is not directed to people under the age of 13, and we do not willingly collect any of their personal information. If your child has submitted personal information without your consent, please contact us at If we become aware that a child under 13 provided us with personal information, we will terminate the account and delete such information from our system completely.
